In the spring of 2021, I was part of a team project called Reko-ringen, which proved to be one of our more substantial endeavors. Our team, consisting of three members, including myself, had a clear mission: to devise an improved solution for the local sales channel, Reko-ringen. To succeed in this endeavor, it was imperative to have a deep understanding of the project's various facets, ensuring that our final product would genuinely cater to the needs of the consumers.
To acquire the necessary insights and inform our product development, we undertook an extensive process that encompassed surveys, interviews, thorough analyses, and comprehensive assessments. These efforts provided us with invaluable knowledge regarding the requirements of producers, consumers, and the current user experience associated with the existing sales channel. Armed with this knowledge, we were well-equipped to craft effective marketing and design strategies that would bring our project to fruition.
Our solution culminated in the development of the Reko-ringen app, a transformative step towards enhancing the user experience for both producers and consumers. This dedicated app was meticulously designed to offer a streamlined and efficient trading platform, distinct from the cluttered environment of social media platforms like Facebook.
The Reko-ringen app was created with the precise tools required to enrich the experience of both user groups. It serves as a user-friendly and easily accessible digital marketplace, fostering a seamless exchange of goods and services between Reko-ringen's customers and the local producers in our community. This app effectively bridges the gap, simplifying and enhancing the trading process for all parties involved.
